charming hotel with extremely helpful and very friendly staff, close to bars and restaurants. nicely furnished, contemporary room, with extremely comfy bed and pillows. a lot of supplies in the room: central heating, a flat-screen tv, and a mini-fridge-bar. favourable and excellent location and close to a metro station. good restaurant not very far from the venue.

The hotel offered pre-booked airport transfer, which was a great time-saver. the location on a main shopping street was perfect, yet the room remained quiet. the modern design of the room was appealing, with a comfortable bed and an excellent shower. the nearby breakfast cafe provided a drink and pastry of your choice.

It was a bit impersonal as there was rarely someone available for inquiries or check out. the cleaning service was also unusual, with our belongings being moved and even clothes put away without our permission.

We had a small problem with the plumbing in our room, but the host quickly resolved it, ensuring a comfortable stay. The location of Palazzo Toledano was fantastic, with easy access to main streets and the metro. The room itself was spacious and stylish, and the high ceilings made it feel like a palace. The owners were cute and allowed us to store our luggage before and after our stay. Although breakfast was at a nearby café, the food was great and the café was conveniently located. we had a lovely experience at Palazzo Toledano and would highly recommend it to others.
